Marvellous and pleasant position in Llanelli.

Overall, it's lovely place for exploring Llanelli attractions.

Lots of tasty food for meals. Kind staff members, spotless rooms with comfortable beds and the heating plus tea bags. Location short walk to the ferry as well as Llanelli. Nearby American Diner - great place to chill out.

The views from the room were fine and quite picturesque.

The hotel felt very tired and could use a significant facelift.

The suite was clean, though a bit tired-looking, and the staff were pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast had some good quality items, but it was slightly unpleasant having a cleaner vacuuming around us while we ate. Watching just Freeview sport in the bar was limiting, especially with dirty cutlery noted during our meals.

I also noticed that areas like the carpets and skirting boards could use a good deep clean, they seemed a bit neglected. Despite the minor inconveniences, my stay felt enjoyable overall, thanks to the friendly staff and good food.
